- Our multidisciplinary team is prepared to give legal advice in real estate operations. We offer support in the planning and development of real estate investment, installation procedures and the operation of tourist, commercial and industrial companies. We also offer support in the regularisation of estate registration, land parcelling, merging and division.

- We support our clients in the preparation and follow-up of works contracts, both in the first phase of choice of candidates in procurement processes and in the preparation of specification lists and other contractual documents, and in the phase of performance of works contracts and contract guarantees in the perspective of the developer.

- We support our clients in the preparation of all contractual phases in the sale of real estate, with or without bank financing, including real estate leasing and leaseback.

- We provide support not only in the signing of title reservation agreements, promissory agreements of present and future assets, unilateral promises, but also in drafting of purchase and sale documents and the corresponding registration of notarised acts.

- We are also able to advise our clients in relation to registries (provisional and definitive records or representation in appeal and litigation procedures of registrars’ acts) and other public bodies (e.g. municipal authorities in the issuing of housing datasheets or in the service of documents for the exercise of legal pre-emption rights).

- Regarding leases, we provide advise in all aspects of the lessor-lessee relationship, being it in the formation and negotiation of the agreement, its assignment in all possible legal forms, and other typical forms of leases such shops in shopping centres.

- We have the relevant expertise in the division of property into separate units, being it its formalisation or the preparation of relevant documentation.
